Charles James Hall is an American physicist, novelist, and whistleblower. He claims to have worked as a weather observer for the United States Air Force (USAF) from 1965 to 1967 at a remote outpost in Nevada, where he came into contact with a race of extraterrestrial beings known as the "Tall Whites". Hall has written a series of books about his alleged experiences, including the autobiographical Millennial Hospitality series.
